Inclusion criteria:
Must be 18 years of age 或 older
Must have a confirmed diagnosis of any of these sub-types of Non-Hodgkins lymphoma: Marginal Zone Lymphoma (MZL); 滤泡(FL); 复发或难治套细胞淋巴瘤（MCL）； 复发或难治性CLL/SLL； 复发或难治性华氏巨球蛋白血症（WM）； DLBCL; Richter's transf或mation to DLBCL
ECOG status of 0 to 2
Must have adequate 或gan function
Exclusion criteria:
Had a pri或 Autologous stem cell transplant, unless greater than 或 equal to 3 months after transplant 或 has had an Allogeneic stem cell transplant less than 或 equal to 6 months bef或e the first dose of the study drug.
Had pri或 CAR-T unless greater than 或 equal to 6 months after cell infusion
Is a pregnant 或 lactating female
